01 — Scope & Services

Purpose

This SOP defines the purpose, objectives, scope of services (included and excluded), and platforms covered for social media engagements. It ensures alignment between Ganguly Consulting and the client — or between internal stakeholders for our own channels — before work begins.

Scope

Context Applies to

Own channels Ganguly Consulting's Instagram, LinkedIn, and other owned social presence

Definitions

Term Definition
Platform A social media channel (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)

Purpose & Objectives

Client engagement
