01 — Scope & Services
Purpose
This SOP defines the purpose, objectives, scope of services (included and excluded), and platforms covered for social media engagements. It ensures alignment between Ganguly Consulting and the client — or between internal stakeholders for our own channels — before work begins.

Procedure
- Kickoff — Confirm purpose, objectives, and platforms with client (or internal owner).
- Document — Capture in SOW or internal brief: in scope, out of scope, platforms.
- Review — Client Lead (or owner) signs off before content work begins.
- Change — Any scope change follows Project Delivery change request process.
